Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated August 21, 2026
This policy covers Work2Wed's paid Pro and Premium subscriptions, billed through Razorpay.
1. Billing
Paid plans are billed up front for a fixed period (currently monthly), shown on the Plans page before you pay. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we don't store your card, UPI, or bank details. Your subscription activates only once Razorpay confirms the payment succeeded — never on the strength of your browser alone.
2. Renewal
Work2Wed does not currently auto-charge you for renewal. To continue a paid plan past its current period, you pay again from your Billing page. Paying again before your current period ends extends it from where it left off, so you never lose paid time by renewing early; paying after it has already lapsed starts a fresh period from the payment date.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel from your Billing page at any time. Cancellation is immediate: you're downgraded to the Free plan right away, and lose access to Pro/Premium features immediately. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of your current billing period when you cancel voluntarily.
4. Refunds
We consider refunds, at our discretion, in cases including:
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- A payment processed due to a verified technical error on our end;
- A serious, verified service failure that made the paid features you purchased unusable for a substantial part of your billing period.
We generally do not refund for change of mind, dissatisfaction with match results, or after substantial use of the paid period. To request a refund, contact us via our Grievance Redressal page with your payment ID (visible on your Billing page's receipt) and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, and typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails or is declined, no charge is made and your plan doesn't change — you can simply try again from your Billing page.
6. Account deletion
Deleting your account cancels any active paid plan and does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period, unless it also qualifies under Section 4 above.
